Netherlands and Belgium
In Holland and Belgium it’s all about cycling on bike paths and flat terrain. Travel easy for everyone, leisurely pace and vast landscapes, popular routes but not crowded, lively ‘citta d’arte’ – cultural cities. This type of tour does not require particular training. The formula bike-boat will allow you, if you wish, to take a break staying on board and enjoying the navigation. Also suitable for children, as long as adventurous. Italy and France
In Italy and France the routes evolve out of the beaten track, on secondary (asphalt) or dirt roads with low traffic. Easy flat trails or hilly at medium difficulty. A minimum training necessary to tackle the entire route is recommended.
Level of difficulty:

Average speed 18 Km/h (11 m/h) on flat sections.
